Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using TimeTrackr (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to the TimeTrackr mobile application (iOS and Android) and this website (timetrackr.app), collectively referred to as the “Service.” They form a binding agreement between you and TimeTrackr (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

You must be at least 13 years old to use TimeTrackr (or 16 in the EEA/UK). By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may use TimeTrackr without creating an account. If you sign in using Apple or Google, your identity is authenticated by those providers and governed by their terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account access.

You agree not to share your account access with others or use another person’s account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or any harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users’ data
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Service without our express written consent

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action for any violations, including removing content, suspending accounts, and reporting to law enforcement.

Time tracking entries and data you create in the App (“Your Content”) remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service.

We do not claim ownership of Your Content, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising or training machine learning models without your explicit consent.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information displayed in the App.

TimeTrackr may offer free and paid tiers. Any in-app purchases or subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store payment information directly.

Subscription terms, pricing, renewal, and refund policies are governed by Apple’s or Google’s terms, as applicable. Please review those terms before purchasing.

We reserve the right to change pricing or features at any time. If we make material changes to a paid tier, we will provide reasonable notice before those changes take effect.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and all content produced by us, is owned by TimeTrackr and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any information in the App.

TimeTrackr is a personal productivity tool. Any insights or patterns displayed are based solely on the data you enter. We make no representations about their accuracy or fitness for any specific purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeTrackr and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US $10.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the App and, if applicable, requesting account deletion at support@timetrackr.app.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

If you are located in the EEA or UK, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply and are not affected by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
